Ok....I accepted an offer on my house. Inspector came Needless to say...Im not happy at the results. For all repairs, the bill came to rounded amount of almost $10,000...Which i can't afford. Thats almost 1/4th the cost of my house. Can anyone recommend a reasonable contactor? Thanks.

Can you reduce the price of the house and let the buyers do the work?

Default Contractor I've used

Brian McCandless of McCandless Construction. He has performed excellent renovations on our house during three separate projects; added a second story, built a garage/mudroom, rescreened my porch and more. 704-400-6955
