Hey guys! So I'm planning on moving to the Charlotte area in June/July and I'm not really sure where to look or anything. I will be traveling a lot with my job (almost every week M-R) so being in a safe neighborhood is a big thing to me to avoid worrying about break ins while I'm away. I'm also 22 and don't want to be the only single girl in an area full of married couples, I want to meet other singles my own age to go out with on weekends. Can anyone suggest an area to look into?
I think you should look into the Lake Norman area as you will find it to be the safest area of the Charlotte region and tons of entertainment for singles. Plus, you got the lake for spring and summer, which there is never a dull day at the lake! Very reasonable housing options, even on the water if you choose to rent an apartment or condo.
