Hello,

We will be moving to Charlotte during 1st week of January mid of December. We are looking for good apartments or town homes for rent near Cotswold elementary. Can you please suggest within the range of $900 - $1100?

Also please feel free to suggest any IB schools rated higher than this one and also rental places in that school zone. FYI.. my work place is in Ballantyne IT Park.

Appreciate your help on this!

Thank you,
Ram

There are not too many apts in the Cotswold neighborhood, and those that you'd consider worth living in will usually cost you at least $1100. However, I just found a great listing for $895, which is only 2 days old. I suggest you contact them immediately, it will not last long.

It is not assigned to Cotswold Elementary, but to Eastover which is a "10" school.
