This is very subjective. What price range are we talking about?

Roasedale,Centennial,Gilead Village,Cedarfield,Wynfield,Carrington Ridge etc etc. I would get a Realtor to show you around and weigh the pro's and con's of each.

Wynfield Forest is a gorgeous subdivision and one of my favorites.
The homes each seem to have their own style and personality.
It one of the established communities with lot sizes a little larger than what is being built today.
About every home has a nice wooded backyard.
Tennis Court
Volleyball Court
Greenway
2 swimming pools
Bike lanes and Sidewalk on each side of street of the main road
Here is pictures of Wynfield http://www.city-data.com/forum/928549-post5.html

Cedarfield is another well established community
It also has most homes with wooded backyards and decent lot size.
Homes have their own personalities and nice 2 floor on single floor plans.
Greenway
2 swimming pools
Sidewalks
Playground
Pond
Common field used to show movies in the summer.
Holiday lights use to decorate each of the entrances to your street.
Active Baby CoOP
Here are some photos of Cedarfield http://www.city-data.com/forum/925701-post2.html

The recommindations above are nice as well.

Wynfield Forest is great. Mature trees, which for subdivisions in these parts is a rarity. Great sidewalks for walking/biking. Nice playgrounds and pools. Good location, close to 85.
