Hi,

We are a family of 4 (3 year old and 1 year old) looking to move from Jacksonville, Florida to Charlotte. Any suggestions of a good realtor? We are looking for a 4 bedroom house in the Balantyne, Matthews area and plan on moving in March. Not sure if we can close a home this quick but any suggestions will be helpful. Our budget is 265k at the max.

My main target is the South but I came across a house in "The Hudson Inverness" community for 122k , which is close to Mint Hill south of Albemarle-HWY-24. I have heard to stay away from the West side. Any idea of communities close to HWY-24 and Albermale?

Thanks!

Jags fan? I hope so. It'd be nice to have another in CLT!
I've sent you a PM on the realtor.

Thanks Spinzone for your message. Unfortunately I don't follow football and not a JAGS fan .

Cedarbrook is in that area you are seeking. Ranches on huge lots, but remember the schools are terrible and you won't see much appreciation.
