My family and I are currently living in Orlando,Fl and thinking about relocating to NC or SC. We're looking to buy a house around $80,000-$125,000 with at least 3 beds and 2 baths. We also want to be in a neighborhood that has good schools and things to do like walking trails, pool etc. Also my husband is an electrician so he would have to be able to find work. Is this possible and does anyone know which cities or aeas would be best? Please let me know SC or Nc? Thanks.

Here in the Charlotte area, you'll have to look a bit to find 3/2 in that price range, but it can be done. Kannapolis (NW of Charlotte), Torutman/Mooresville (north of Charlotte), and Clover, SC (SW of Charlotte) would be worth a look. It's safe, the schools are good, and taxes are low. The Greeville/Spartanburg, SC area has some towns that could possibly have homes in that range. It's a nice area as well. Good luck in your search!!!

Look into Clover, SC, not terribly far from Charlotte but a nice little community with good schools and better chance of finding homes in your price range. Good luck!
