Anyone know what's happening with South Fork Village in Cramerton/McAddenville?

The initial plan showed a promising mixed use development, on the South Fork River. Yet there's been very little development; vacant retail, and no signs of the grocery store (Teeter?) that was supposed to be on site.

Anyone know what's going on?

Check the grocery thread. Carolina Knight periodically updates local projects. Since this is tied to a supermarket, that's the place to check. I know he's done a couple of posts on that project, but I think it's in Belmont. There's supposed to be something in Cramerton, too.
