Im moving to Charlotte first of the year uptown with a friend. I have a BS in infosystems with not great deal of experience. Where can i get a decent salary in Charlotte, Nc without being in transition to long. (i know this is a FAQ but i need help)

My sister is moving to Charlotte in February.
She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree as a Corporate Trainer & Advertising/Graphic Design with a few years of experience in both areas.

Where can she get a decent salary in Charlotte, NC without being in transition to long.
