Looking for a non resident clubhouse (Charlotte: rental, neighborhood, high school)

I am looking for a clubhouse that is inexpensive for my son who is graduating high school. Can anyone guide me through. There will be roughly around 70-80 people for this party for 6/9/17. In Charlotte NC 28269 or close by would be great.

You won't find a neighborhood that will rent the clubhouse to you if you don't live in that neighborhood. Try a community center (Fire Station #9 off 85 at exit 52 has a community center) or you can rent a shelter at at a local park in your county.

Jetton Waterfront Hall is probably a perfect size for your event on the lake and near you. As a county resident, you'd be looking at a fee of $256 (verify this) for a weekend rental of 5 hours.
