Hello Neighbors-

Does anyone know how I could go about obtaining the names of neighborhoods that Shea Homes has built in in previously? Looking for the 2004-2009 wave, to give roundabout years.

My searches have all been hit or miss, so I figured I'd ask the pros (YOU ALL ;-)

Could you narrow down the area a bit? Including all the surrounding counties is a big list.

They are in Highland Creek (the Cabarrus side)in Charlotte and Winding Walk in Concord. The Palisades and Sonoma are two more south of the city. I don't know how new they are though. Anniston in Davidson. Killian's Pointe in Denver. Doesn't look like they have any in Harrisburg.

Not sure if the build timing fits your criteria,
Stephen's Grove in Huntersville.
Overlook in N. Charlotte (off Mt. Holly-Huntersville Rd.)

The Vineyards- Ballantyne
Hunter Oaks - Union County
Are you looking for a particular floor plan of SHEA?? I had an obsession with the Silverado at one stage and looking for one in the Hunter Oaks neighborhood.
