I think the city said you can ride the scooters on the street or sidewalk when they issued permits to Lime, Spin, and Bird for dockless scooters.

OK, Little Sugar Creek. Here's one covered in mud and thrown with the rest of the garbage when some crew cleaned up the creek area near CMC Myers Park Clinic. I saw this as I came out of work the other day. These types of bikes are thrown, or parked, all over the place in that area sometimes.
