Try the Best Western, it is right next to the light rail on Woodlawn Rd

Ha! Looks pretty rough! Is it that bad? I was just thinking about it would be nice to be close to the light rail!

There are some hotels in Pineville that are a 5 minute drive from the light rail as well.

I can promise you it is really not that bad I was just there last month visiting a friend who was staying there while in town for a wedding. It's not the Ritz, and it's not in the most beautiful section of town, but it's really okay. And with wanting to be right along the light rail (presuming you didn't want to drive anywhere) this is your best option without staying uptown itself.

True, but then they have to cross Woodlawn to get to the rail station The Best Western is literally RIGHT THERE.

My husband in at an extended stay in the oldColesioum complex area...you can grab light rail at a station nearby

You can? I think you'd have to take a bus there, or drive your car mrsj - and I believe this poster wants to be able to walk to the station
