Apartment directly above parking garage gate entrsncr (Charlotte, Lexington: apartment complex, closing)

Very upset to learn the apartment I am waitlisted for is DIRECTLY ABOVE THE PARKING GARAGE AND THE ENTRANCE GATE! Does anyone have any input on apartments above the garage especially the entrance gate nice constantly opening and closing???
Apartment in Lexington Dilworth. Thinking it’s a bad spot and perhaps why this is the only apartment available, and perhaps why this person is leaving! Any input please!

I am brand new to Charlotte, have not lived in apartment complex before.
