Weiland Homes in NE Area?/Radbpourne Like? (Huntersville: neighborhood, university)

I am looking for to byt a resale Weiland home in the NE area. I live in the University Area. Love the Radbourne subdivision. So if anyone has suggestions like radbourne in the NE, I'd lve to hear them. Thanks!!!

John Weiland is building a new community in Huntersville near Eastfield Rd. Also for resales you can look for Weiland resale homes in the Skybrook subdivision

Not all homes in the Radbourne community are Weiland. I believe some of the other homes are Signature and Craftsmen. The neighborhood was created around '93-'94.
