Now Im convinced the charlotte court system has a huge tumor....The US Marshall arrested a former charlotte priest on child rape charges in NJ and extradited him to charlotte. Once in charlotte he was let out on bond....WHAT!!!! How can the US Marshall arrest this guy and then charlotte let him back out in the streets.

Luis, "Charlotte" didn't let him out on the streets - the legal system did. Except in cases of murder, most people arrested are given a bond hearing. If the person can pay the bond they can get out of jail. This is because our system, whether you agree or not, believes that you are innocent until proven guilty! Don't blame this on Charlotte
wow loves.....I mean the US Marshall went after him.....
But only because when charges were filed against him he was no longer living in NC. This is common practice when warrants are out on someone from one state but the person now lives in another.
