Default Windsor at the Vinoy/Autumn Park

Hello all. I will be moving to Charlotte this summer for grad school and am looking for a place to live. I was up there last week looking for an apartment, and I want something that is in the University Area but not completely occupied by college students. From what I've seen I've narrowed my decision down to Windsor at the Vinoy or Autumn Park. Does anyone have any insight that may help me in my decision? I'd love to hear personal accounts. Thanks a lot!
