not for me! I have a friend visiting that is pregnant with twins! I am looking in the South Charlotte, Dilworth or Southpark area.

I know there is a shop at the Promenade but anywhere else?

Beaux Belly - just moved to Specialty Shops on the Park - across from SouthPark Mall (same shopping center as Williams-Sonoma, Talbots, etc). Voted Best of Charlotte for the last several years. Also try Destination Maternity across the way at Sharon Corners (corner of Sharon Rd and Fairview).
beaux belly, the boutique for bellies with babies (http://www.beauxbelly.com/ - broken link)
Destination Maternity Clothes, Maternity Clothing and Maternity Accessories On-Line For all your Maternity and Baby Needs

While you're at Sharon Corners, check out a shop called "Shower Me With Love". It has the CUTEST baby gifts, clothes, and every baby necessity you could think of!!

Destination Maternity in SouthPark is probably the biggest in town. Check out the back for the "clearance items".

There is also a maternity outlet at Concord Mills. Old Navy usually has a good selection as well.

My wife is pregnant and Destination Maternity in South Park or Concord Mills is definitely a great place to find clothes. The South Park location has a much larger selection. Since I'm the DH, I'd mention for the guys that the South Park location has a sitting area and TV. = )

Beaux Belly at the Specialty Shops has great clothes and isn't too pricey. You get well-made (as well as cute and original!) stuff that will last through many pregnancies. You can also run across the street to Destination Maternity, which is nice, as you can do both at once. I believe Beaux Belly gives cash back and Destination does store credit. I am not pregnant, but have been several times with friends who are and both stores are great.

I think Nordtroms also has maternity stuff (they do online anyway, I admit I never shopped in the actual store while pregnant)

Congrats to your friend. Twins rock!
