My free first year for PestBan is almost up and I'm wondering if there are any alternatives that people use, and that also utilizes the trap spaces laid around and throughout the house. I believe PestBan charges $360 yearly. Anyone use a different company for termites, bugs, etc?? Thanks in advance.

I use Killings worth for just the termite inspection. We have a board d with them and it just went to $160 up from $150 after 11 years.

Jeff Johnston is a local vendor (he does the spraying, his wife runs the office) who manages our pest control with preventative treatments each quarter. I can't recommend him highly enough, as others have done on this site in the past as well.

Go with Proforce. I was a tech with them last year before going back to school. I can get you in touch with one of their route managers

I just decided to stick with PestBan. It's cheaper per year and other companies want $800 or more upfront to install a whole new system.

Well if you end up wanting to change later I know Proforce has a plan that's just under $360 a year and includes yard treatment, interior, dewebbing, house barrier, and free reservices as needed. There's a couple other companies around that have similar cost and service, but I can not recall their names right now!
