Blah, you can't compare Uptown prices to prices for a standard college town style apartment complex.

Moderator cut: the quote in reference has been deleted . You can't rent here for pocket change, Rap-Man. Not in a decent place. But hey - the ditch you mentioned earlier is FREE. We have several around here. Want a map?

Sorry I thought somewhere you had said you wanted to be in uptown.

Go to Lowes website they may have something in the field you are looking for!

It's hard to take someone seriously when it says "Real Estate Agent" under their name. Looks more like they're trying to make a quick buck by renting their condos to forum posters. Are realtors really allowed to operate on these forums like this? Whats next, is a used car salesman going to post trying to sell me a pristine hyundai?

I just told you that you cannot rent a decent apartment (your criteria - "good area") for $650/month. That was real advice. Just cause it doesn't fit your preconceived idea of what you expect to hear . . .not my problem.

Nope, I already found a one bedroom in a good place for $630-680.
