I have a wonderful 4 bed 3 bath home in Brandon Oaks for rent at $1500/month. It is a bit South of Charlotte however worth the drive. It backs to a farm and has wonderful neighbors, quiet street, etc. Let me know if you're interested.

Huntingtowne Farms is a great little secret in zip code 28210. To find it, drive down Park Rd between Sharon Road West and Archdale Rd. Its the neighborhood behind Forrest Hill Church.

Frank, I love the Huntingtowne Farms neighborhood! Those traditional style homes and bigger established yards really appeal to me Lucky you, you get to live there!
