I just drove by and saw the signs that they were coming (near stonecrest). Apparently they will be both by the same team of people (former carolina panthers player). I'm excited with all these places opening up!!! I went to their websites and it only described them as this:
Sweet T’s offers a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner menu featuring traditional comfort foods such as
fried chicken, meatloaf, homemade soups, veggies galore, stacked sandwiches, etc., along with a fresh bakery selection of cakes, pies, and tasty treats.
Cheese Mo’z will feature a menu of scratch made offerings such as pizza (traditional and specialty), pastas and sandwiches cooked in a scorching 900 degree coal fired oven along with a variety of crisp salads. The legendary taste of coal fired pizza coupled with a full bar, welcoming environment and unrelenting focus on “the guest experience” is sure to create a fan base for many years to come.
Yeah I saw that too. Real excited as I will be able to walk to them! The area needs a good diner especially. They are both owned by former linebacker Dan Morgan. Pretty cool.
Can you post the link to their website or PM me with it? Did the sign say when they were opening?
This will give you links to both places plus another cafe already signed: Village at Robinson Farm - Office & Retail Space in Ballantyne Charlotte, NC (http://www.villageatrobinsonfarm.com/tenants.html - broken link)

Nope. I drove by there tonight and Cosmo's still had construction material piled in the building. The sign says spring 2009.
I think the other two will be open soon. They have been posting jobs on craigslist.
