Does Anyone Know Or Used A Good Custom Builder In The Troutman Area? We Are Building A Brick 3200 Plus Home With Walkout And Are Searching For A Builder With A+++++ Rep. We Need To Get Some Bids. I Have Met With One Which We Like, But It Doesn't Hurt To Keep Searching , So Please Let Me Know If You Know Of One Or More Matt Kelly Is The Builder We Like, But Still Searching Until We Make Sure,

all i have to say to you is MAKE SURE you guys get everything in the contract!! i do fence work in the area and we are the last conractor most of the time on the site just before its done and the stories we hear from the home owners about the contractor are sad. make sure you go over the electrical end the plumbing with a fine tooth comb. the most important thing you must do is keep controll on the final payment!!!!!!!! if you don't take my advise you will get burnt right now things are a little slow with builders and they will low ball you just to get the job no matter how good they are. GOOD LUCK!
