We are looking to relocate between SW Charlotte and Matthews by the end of the year. We are looking for a house to rent that allows pets (2 cats and one small dog inside and 2 larger dogs outside). Any help? Places to search on the internet? THANKS!!!!!!

How much space are you needing, like number of bedrooms?

Great question! I am also looking for rental properties around Charlotte. It's my boyfriend and I and our cat. (1 bedroom and an office would be ideal). Anyone know where to look online and what areas would be best for young professionals (mid-20's)? He will be working at AXA...I'm in search for a job.

Available Rentals (broken link)

The one on Cody Ct is 2br/2ba in a very quiet n'hood (mine) in Fort Mill, SC. I live in one of these duplexes and NEVER hear noise from my neighbors. The neigborhood os off the beaten bath, yet still close to SW Charlotte (10-15minutes), Matthews (15-20 minutes), 10 minutes from Ballantyne (a really cool area in Charlotte with a lot of restaurants, shopping, and a really cool theatre Ballantyne Village) and it is also not a bad drive to uptown Charlotte w/out traffic. I think they were about to rent this place out, but it must have fell through as the sign was not up for a few days and they just put it back up. And craigslist is good for finding rentals.

I was thinking that too, but I have no affiliation with that home other than it's on my cul de sac, so I really dont care (well, ok, I would like to see it occupied). I wouldnt be losing anything on it though. I was just helping the people interested.
