well our heat isnt working downstairs we have 2 zone and 2 seperate units. it clicks on but nothing is coming out of the vents...our upstairs is working...does anyone know someone I could call..

Ohhhh. That isn't right!!! Your heat pumps are not old enuff to have problems.

Have you tried turning the unit off - letting it sit for 10 minutes or so - and then switching on the emergency heat - and see if that works?

Hummm no we didnt do the emergency heat thing..but we did shut if off for hours and put it back on...dh said he looked at the unit and the green light is on and the fan is on but no air through the Vents...

Sounds like something sucked up into the fan or is blocking the intake possibly exhaust. Don't run it like that first of all. Second can you take off the cover and see the fan in the air handler? Are you in newer construction or renting?

We used Morris-Jenkins when our air conditioning went out last Aug, they do heating also.

we used them they were awesome....well it turned out we need a new ignitor, and something else that was cracked....thank you for the recommendations
