2 black helicopters circling over east charlotte today...no markings and flying in formation very low(loud enough to shake the house). It was kind of creepy.

good post i find that a very small portion of what occurs on the street here is explained when i call the police dept and none of it shows up on the news.
we are told very little of what happens in our community.
