We have been in our house a year and a half and I am assuming we need a tune up for our air conditioner. We did it every two years back up north but figured down here we should do it every spring. What is the norm for a new house? We don't have any problems with it but run it a lot. I just hate for someone to come out and then mess up our system. I am nervous b/c we don't know a good company to trust.

We were going to set up an appt. with Acosta out of Weddington. Has anyone heard of them? Any other opinions? Thank you.

I have used Acosta in the past, I was very pleased with them. Also good experience with Ross & Witmer.

Default Hi

We used Acosta in our old home, and have them now as well. Great service, and very friendly.

As far as the norm for a new house, we have an older house, but did purchase a new system three years ago. They come several times throughout the year to check on everything.

Good luck!

Are you supposed to tune your ac every year? We just bought a new house, so it's a year old.

It's a good idea to get it cleaned, have the fluid levels checked, etc.
