Hi - I am looking for a home in a development with ammenities and also at least 3/4 acre lot size. I would like a house on a lot that has at least 15 feet between the house and the side property line and trees are kept in the yards when the houses are built. Looking for a price of up to $300,000. If you know of any developments with ammenities (at least a pool), on larger size lots please either PM me or reply with names of developments.

Thx bunches!

Hi
This immediately came to mind as I was looking at it yesterday when helping out a friend.

Thanks Susan42. I have driven by there but did not realize they had larger lots with trees. I'll go check it out.

I didn't realise there were larger lots on Morrison plantation either.
Personally, the Wyndham shore home would be my pref as it is a lake access community and prefer the area, but that is just my preference.

This one is SLIGHTLY over budget. Also I believe they have grandfathered use of The Hampton's amentities which include pool, tennis, volleyball court and park. My friend lives close by and that is her situation. They pay no HOA's but have free use of the pool and stuff. It is over a 1/2 acre and wooded. Definitely worth checking out.

16316 Greenfarm Rd Huntersville NC 28078 $309,900

You might try Wynfield in Huntersville. This only applies to the actual Wynfield section and not Wynfield Creek or Wynfield Forest. The original Wynfield was a Homerama neighborhood and most of the lots in there are 1/2 to 1 acre though there are some 1/3 acre ones as well. It has a pool and is set with a lot of natural trees.

Default Look at Bethesda Oaks in Gastonia

Bethesda Oaks in Gastonia off Tittman Road is 10 minutes from I-85,large lots and a swimming pool and playground.

Cheers,
Robert
