You may be able to find a 3 bdrm home in S. Charlotte for around $1200. There may be homes for a lower price, but around me, I have never seen one lower than $1200 a month.

Does anyone know anything about sunbury pa?

Um, ok Now I am confused. Also, what YOU will be able to get depends on WHERE you live. Just because you got $750 in Hartford does not mean you will get that everywhere.

Actually, UrbanCharlotte is not a hater at all - he can actually be one of your best resources on this forum if you are nice to him. I think you owe him an apology

Section 8 housing in Charlotte is very limited and there can be waiting lists - we just don't have a lot of it compared to other cities, but you especially won't find it in south Charlotte.

You would probably be better off looking into a smaller city like Greensboro. In Charlotte section 8 homes aren't going to be in good school assignments and I know with kids that must be a concern for you.

Try http://Homesand Land , you should find something in there.
If not , then Coming Soon....
Personally , I wouldn't fool with Section 8 due to its history of attracting lots of fools that ruin the neighborhood , but , thats me.
