OK I been a fanatic of the Christmas movies on the Hallmark Christmas movies.
I just caught just the tail end of what appears to be a real good touching movie.

What I gather is the guy name Jason Stevens (easy on the eyes too)
Was given this $100,000 dollar check maybe from a law firm and he used all of it a joint effort to help those with some kind of physical challenge by building this huge facility
They had former mayor Pat McCrory to do the ribbon cutting of the future site.
It is seem to be a real good movie and I hate I miss the beginning

If you got a DVR or way to preview what movie just played I'm guessing 4 pm or 3 pm eastern. Or if you know what the name of the movie i'm referring to
Thanks

Oh, yeah! That's a good movie! I was in the group that saw the rough draft of that movie, and gave our opinions.

It's called The Ultimate Gift. Story of a young spoiled man who will inherit a huge sum from his grandfather after the grandfather dies, only he has to complete 12 assignments over the course of a year to earn it - things like, "Make a true friend".

The grandfather is played by James Garner, and the young man befriends a little girl played by Abigail Breslin - nominated for an Academy Award for Little Miss Sunshine.

I was surprised by how much I liked this movie! I thought it was going to be trite and predictable, but it was really well done.

And yeah - easy on the eyes!

According to Wikipedia:
Despite simulated South American scenes, the movie was shot mostly on location in North Carolina, specifically in Charlotte.

Yeah, you can see Charlotte in it! Some of it was filmed in Marshall Park, and you can see Charlotte in the background. I recognized lots of locations!
