Well this was the final straw, we have not been very happy with our agent since one of the members of her team left before Christmas and it seems as if our house was just being left. I phoned the agent to ask if everything was ok since we had to move July 10th 2006, so we do not know since it is empty.
They said I don't know should we go check on it, that was #1, #2 was a friend called and told me all the signs were down and asked if we had sold the house. I told her no and I would call the agent. I called and they had to MAKE A TRIP in their words to put up new signs and #3 was we just received the power bill for an empty house were nothing, I repeat nothing was suppose to be on except the heat and it was suppose to be set at 50 degrees. Well the bill is 120.00 and it says we used 1500 kw hours (we only used 1700 kw hours the previous year when we lived there), so someone went into the house and left the heat on 80 all month long. When we told the agent about this she emails back and says "I am so sorry for the power bill for your vacant home. However, we are not baby sitters, we are professional people trying to deliver professional services. " That is it, we are getting ready to pull the listing after this, now I need someone who will check like once a week on an empty house and signs, and someone who will market the house, someone who cares about selling this house once and for all. Can any of you recommend some really good agents for the WAXHAW area. PLEASE WE NEED YOUR HELP.
