Does anyone know what development company bought the Reserve of St. Charles? Ryland has sold the development but when I talked to the sales person there (she wanted me to buy one of the decorated models), she said she had no information as to who bought the remaining parcels. All she knew was that they'd be custom homes.

Thanks!

I believe I can help you. Please contact the John Hall Homes website at johnhallhomes.com.
They are an excellent established builder in the St. Charles area and build beautiful homes. Since Ryland pulled out I believe that they are involved in the Reserve project now. Their phone number is (630) 377-1515. Ask for John Jr. By the way, please let them know that Al from Construction Cleaning Services passed the word on to you. Good Luck !

Thank you very much for the information, Al! I've been looking at their website and the homes look beautiful!! It appears that they've bought the entire development from Ryland. Is this correct? I'd like to talk to John Jr. to find out the percentage of developed homesites currently and the percentage that they building right now as well. Just concerned with our economy that we'd be living in a dustbowl for a long time to come!
