Does anyone know of any cheap motels in any direction from Oak Brook? I don't mind driving a ways away. I have a long commute to Indiana so I am looking for a cheap place to stay if I have to work late. Thanks.

Priceline and Hotwire routinely sell two properties in the $25+fees and taxes.
The two are the Homestead Suites on Technology Drive and the Homestead Suites on Pasquinelli Rd. I use those hotels when I have 6 am flights out of Midway Airport.
Neither hotel would compare with the Hyatt BUT they have a small kitchenette and offer basic comfort. I am not a real fan of this brand but those properties are pretty decent.
Hope that helps. If you have a long commute, I would recommend that you have a "backup plan" for when the weather turns pretty awful in three months or so.
