Hmmph... ruining the environment. I only use 100% recycled hemp bags which I load myself into my Prius.
Which you can smoke when you are having a really bad day? Or do you make rope from the bags and practice your knots?

After looking at the way the giveaway is set up it really only is good if you spend huge amounts on groceries. It takes $10 in spending to get one point. Many items are 50-90 points...Do the math...
My wife said groceries are so much cheaper at Garden Fresh that it's not worth it to pay more at Jewel for the "free" pots & pans.

Of course if you can get people to give you stickers that they will not use-it would be cool.

the jewel stuff, calphalon is good. I know what you mean, I just have a few, albeit quality stuff... like 3-4 pots and pans, 3-4 knives, good santoku, meat cleaver, paring knife. Yeah I would like to have more but I can make do with what I have.

Well my boyfriend and I live about a block away from a Jewel, so we do pretty much all of our grocery shopping there.

That is what I do for my mom. She doesn't think she will ever get enough stickers to actually get a pot. I told her I would get stickers on the rare occasions I go to Jewel and then give them to her. I haven't actually seen the cookware so I don't know about the quality. I'm sure it isn't high...

I love the 'clever' marketing where they started this "Cookware for a Penny" (I think that's what it's called) in the months before November, they're thinking "oh people will collect the cookware and cook Thanksgiving dinner with it."

I looked at the brochure and it required buying too much stuff just for a frying pan. So I turned this down. I only shop Jewel's for pastries and only stuff that's on sale, as Jewel's prices are expensive when not on sale.

I'd rather now shop the SuperWalmart on North Ave now.
