You would need to venture outside the city for that, or you would probably live in some pretty shady areas. That is way, way to little for a 2 bedroom (and on the low end for a 1). I would be shocked if you would find this in Edgewater. Maybe 750 for a 1 bedroom there.
There are plenty of Targets in the city.....
