Around November last year, i found news of a new tower on Michigan avenue in Chicago. the developers said it would be a plaza with the stature of Rockefeller center, which could really improve not just the skyline, but the flow of the site with the pedestrians. Sadly, i found no new news regarding the development and i'm sad/scared that this one will slip through the cracks like other supertall proposals in Chicago.

NAR has said they've decided not to proceed with the plan.
