Can anyone explain why the Willis Tower Sky Deck faces the least scenic view of Chicago you could possibly have? You basically get 290 and the west side of Chicago. No other skyscrapers at all.

Rent my man. Huge paying clients at the top of the building bring in more cash than $18 walkouts on the glass.

Actually I stand corrected if it's 360 degree view inside and they could have put it on the east side. I have never been up there because I work on 95 every now and then and get the view without the pay or the tourists.

Because it's the only side that you can look straight down to the sidewalk.

Doesn't take a genius to figure it out.

The Skydeck is a full floor - you can look out in any direction.

As mentioned, the reason the sky box things are on the west wall is that that is the only sheer wall straight to the sidewalk.

I stand fully corrected. Good call. I should go up there sometime.
