Do you mind the pervasive smell of chocolate?

The entire area is pretty safe, but fairly quiet as far as people movement and nightlife within the neighborhood . The Blommer Chocolate factory is very close ( just north), so , while not constant, you could enjoy the smell of chocolate from time to time .
Advantages are that it's fairly close to everything, and ( some might feel this is a disadvantage), it's a relatively new area in terms of being residential , so there aren't any 'rough remainders' that might occur in 'hoods that have been 'gentrified' . Population is fairly young and affluent, so it's not really the place to look if you're looking for cheap housing. If you want more of an 'urban' vibe, neighborhoods just north and west offer more of that ..
