I'm currently in need of a job, and can't find any at all. When I told a friend over the phone that, he replied I should go to the Daley Center and they can hook me up with a job, and that that's what they do. I don't really know what the Daley Center does technically, so if anyone can provide me with some information on that, that would be cool. And if anyone can verify that they help people find jobs and that it's a worth a visit I would appreciate that too. He didn't really go into much detail about it other than that they hook people up with jobs, so if anyone can verify if that's true or false and the process you go through, that would be great. thanks.

The Daley Civic Center is the county court house. I would avoid it if I were you.

The Daley center has the forms, tests and etc one needs to get a city or possibly state job. Im not sure if its city of state jobs they deal with. It's basically a testing center for the government jobs. It is by no means an employment agency and has nothing to do with helping you find a job in the private sector.

Thank you for your help. But since were on the topic, does anybody know an agency that fits the highlighted text's description that could possibly help someone find a job that currently does not have a degree and a somewhat limited resume? Cause job applications as of now aren't really working too well, might as well just buy lotterry tickets. I'd probably feel more hopeful. Thanks.
