About Celebraties that claim Christainity but don't show it. (church, preach, Bible)

Okay take an R&B artist for example, like LeToya Luckett.

I like Letoya Luckett but I'm SO tired of celebrities claiming Christianity and dressing so provocatively and singing about lust. When will these people learn that you cannot cut & paste God onto everything you do like He's some lucky charm! May God sort out the ministry's of ministers who preach prosperity and teach lies so that the true Church can be illuminated.

And yes we are all flawed but we all can make choices that honour God. I'm not against the music industry, celebraties or Letoya Luckett but there's a wrong image of holiness and Christianity that's put up by the world. If you read your Bible you see that we have a standard to strive for and this isn't about being religious it's about loving God and being careful not to offend Him. When young boys see these kind of videos(music videos that shows lust from artists that say's their Christians like Letoya Luckett) it just incites lust. If we love God why don't we keep His commandments

Actually I don't see any difference between them or everyday people who claim Christianity who live like they are not. I don't see or understand why people look at celebrities as if they are these perfect grade of people,they are just like us only with more money. They can lie and fake Christianity just like anyone.

They make mistakes and are not perfect just like us.

When I think of celebrity Christians I think of Stephen Baldwin......he was so on fire when he first got saved and was talking about it all the time. Then, the realization must have hit him that if he continued talking and acting like a "crazy person" according to most that he was never going to work in Hollywood again. He went on the "Celebrity Apprentice" and another reality show to try and regain his standing as a "normal" Hollywood heathen.

I don't know if it worked or not or if he is still claiming Christianity but he really shot himself in the foot as far as his career is concerned. That's the pressure that these people are under and I think if anyone who is a celebrity and also a Christian, they will probably keep that little tidbit to themselves in order to keep working. Sad but true.
