All the signs have been fulfilled. Also by his words, he said this generation shall not pass away, till all these be fulfilled. The generation of our Lord Jesus Christ ended in 2011. So he must have been ruling since then. If he desires you to know him, you will know him. But make no mistake, the Father Son and Holy Ghost are here, as humans.
Christians think that Christ would not be here on earth when the tribulation is ongoing, but that is wrong. He will be here on earth as he promised. He said he goes to prepare a place for us, after which he comes back to receive us into himself. It is by invitation, my friend.
