Anyone know where I can find a priest to perform a baptism in the Rio Grande in Northern New Mexico?

Why would you need a priest?

It won't be easy since North NM is so far from Rio Grande.

Since the Rio Grande goes right through Albuquerue and Santa Fe, I would think it would be fairly easy to find a Catholic church in either city.

Ummmm. The Rio Grande flows right smack down the middle of northern New Mexico. Right down the middle of the entire state as a matter of fact, several hundred miles.

As for getting a priest to baptize you in it. I don't know. There are some penitente cults that may do that sort of thing. Normally, I don't think Catholics do adult immersion baptisms, though.
