RD, your posts make me laugh. I am sure you have a little bit of respect for Jesus, and wouldn't Buddha want you to shower love upon all regardless ?. I personally do not believe that Jesus nor the Father he revealed demanded or desired to be worshipped in the way we have been taught. To love God really is to love yourself and your neighbor.

The God of the Bible had Moses enact horribly oppressive laws that had innocent people publically murdered. These laws are what was used to, at the very least, sanction the death of Jesus. Jesus made the law that everyone MUST love the God of the Bible with all your heart and mind. The God of the Bible has no love. He committed 35-40 genocides, had many innocent people murdered, taught the doctrine of terrorism, and not only sanctions slavery, but the beating of slaves, and the selling of children into slavery. The God of the Bible is the master slave owner. Jesus = "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"

You don't know the definition of worship. Just openly showing love for someone/something is considered worshipping. All people of the Bible deem Moses the authority on God, and hold him with the highest, Godly admiration. Moses's YHWH is the God of the Bible. Moses's YHWH is the Father/God of Jesus. All Christians worship Moses in one way or another. All people of the Bible do. He is HIGHLY respected, even though he is an open, unrepentant genocidal murderer, slave owner, among other things.

Jesus never lifts a finger against Moses or YHWH, he instead performed miracles on their behalf. Moses and YHWH are what the "barbaric" Jews were simply following. Jesus had no compassion for Zelophehad, the man stoned to death for picking up sticks on Moses's Sabbath. According to the laws of Moses, Jesus was just as guilty and deserving of death as Zelophehad was. Yet Jesus took Moses's side and preached that we all teach those laws. Those terrorists laws that had so many innocent people put to death. Jesus and his performing miracles on behalf of Moses and YHWH only made their influence grow.
