You mean where it mentions that there is no distinction between talents and gifts and that God bestows talents to all, regardless of belief?

Perhaps you could share with me what you believe it is saying and why you think it conflicts or not with Scripture?

it don't conflicts with the scriptures, listen, His, Paul,(natural) giftedness (which, of course, was sovereignly given also), became spiritual simply because he himself became spiritual. so we have spiritual gifts before we repent of our sins.

Lets understand this, I’m changing a few words to avoid any copyright,
to see it in a different way, what is the difference between what your Sunday School teacher does each Sunday morning and what your college professor did for you? The difference is clear: the teaching of your Sunday teacher, or your pastor, although that same talent, gift, could be used in a worldly classroom, has an entirely different dimension. That teaching is spiritual and ministers to the church. The talent is the same but has been given a new dimension and a new capacity -- a capacity for spiritual things.

Actually, the link says that the 'gift' did not become spiritual until Paul himself became spiritual. I think a lot of this conversation has to do with God's middle-knowledge and divine providence in that God has all the knowledge of what every person would do given an infinte number of permutations and therefore directs all things toward His over-arching will.

it became enhanced in spiritual things, that is what it was saying, because he was preaching before he believed, read it again

Let me explain. Galatians 1:15-16, for example, declares, in effect, that Paul was gifted to preach at birth. But that gift, obviously, was not exercised until many years later. To be sure, he no doubt preached and taught before he believed, but that preaching or teaching received an entirely new dimension when he was saved. He had the gift (talent) all along; it became "spiritual" when he became spiritual.
It was just a natural talent that didn't become a 'spiritual gifting' until he became spiritual.
