No it says-- the number of a man---number is key--not man.
In the numbers of men--7 stands for complete--6 falls short of complete--this is what it is actually saying--666--3 things in the power positions--all promising a better way of life--all 3 have failed= incomplete. In comparison to what Gods kingdom has promised to do for mankind and will do.
