Even though I dont agree all of his teachings, its sad that he will have to serve this much time for something he did 8 yrs ago, while most crook bankers didnt get a day for all the crimes they committed back then as well.

I do not feel sorry for him.
He took advantage of his flock. Some of them had dementia.
He has not paid restitution. He believes his getting caught is God's test.
He has six children? He has abrogated his responsibility as a parent. He started his ministry around the same time he was bilking the elderly with insurance scams.

I thought the scam was before he started a congregation.
Well, that makes him pretty tame in comparison with some of the ones on TBN and GodTV.
