No. There's no need for signs. But what you should understand, and be confident of, is that anyone who simply believes on the Lord Jesus Christ, that is, anyone who simply places his faith, his trust in Jesus, who believes that Jesus died for his sins and rose again, has eternal life and goes to heaven when he departs from his body in physical death.
