Her name is Lorna Byrne and she wrote a book called "Angels in my Hair"

[url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ssAmweLstLE"]

I had never heard of her before, but just happened upon this video and watched it with a lot of intrigue. I have always believed in angels for as long as I can remember -- similar to having been a believer in God for as far back as I can recall. I've never seen an angel. I wish I could see angels though. I have never heard an angel speak to me, but would welcome it.

The last 10 minutes of this video gave me hope for America, something I've not felt in a long time.

Sometimes there is a presence. Much like my friendship with God. Loving, calming, energizing, and happy, and meditative.

Presence never feels like the traditional "angel" who will lead moi to heaven. Feels more like family.

PS. I saw your mention of your thread falling down the rabbit hole, so I looked for it.

Well...there's your problem isn't it. One can see all sorts of things once one convinces oneself that they exist. I used to live next door to a woman that swore she saw fairies in her garden.

And you could never see them?

i don't wanna be discouraging or anything, but how would you know this angel's allegiance? And this "see an angel" strikes me as an oxymoron, angels being spirits, of the air, incorporeal, etc. even if it is written that you may play host to one unawares. So, you may have already seen an angel, and heard one speak to you--but you are looking for a miraculous event. Yes?

I hesitate to use the word "angel" because of its Christian connotations but I believe there are some discarnate entities.

I grew up believing in guardian angels. It may be a Catholic concept - dunno if other Christians denoms talk about them. And although I've dropped most of the trappings of my Catholic upbringing, I do sometimes think maybe somebody/thing benevolent is keeping an eye on me. If I was a cat, I'd be on about my 7th life by now.
