I will be getting better soon, I am reabilitang. I can walk but limited and only partial youse of right hand. It will be about a mounth for good quality.

Dear Robin, If it is possible to have a favorite Psalm, mine is Psalm 46. Its words have often been a "present help in trouble."

Any chance this passage might apply to your situation?
Heb 12:11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
