God is still speaking. Do you want to hear his voice? ... Well first YOU have to talk to him, for God does not talk to no one unless they talk or pray to him every day..... then you must be saved, confess Jesus as Lord and seek him out, learn his word and pray for the Baptism of Holy Spirit....... this can take time but God will eventually talk to you give you ideas and help you in your walk with him ..........Be Blessed......

I would be hesitant to place such "obstacles" and requirements in the path to God, hljc . . . remember what Jesus said to those Pharisees for doing that.

I guess, according to you, God does not Love all of His children. You seem to put limits on God. Could those be your limits instead? Hmm.
God speaks to those who listen. Period. We do not need to do anything. Just listen. Do you meditate? Do you listen to that still small voice within you? If not, you must be talking to another besides God. God is not religious and does not put another before Himself. Putting Jesus first, takes away from God. God would not allow that and Jesus would not tell you to put Himself before God.
God is soul and He talks to you soul to soul. He does not require words, only a soul longing. Anyone can do that and they don't have to follow the rules you set forth.
