I think the restaurants will be a big draw as well. Looking forward to having Cheesecake Factory so close (I live in WC).
Very concerned about the traffic flow on Hamilton Mason road once this is operational - Tylersville is a nightmare around the 75 interchange during certain hours and I drive HM to avoid it, looks like my detour might become a traffic issue in itself.
Also - I do think LTC could hurt the Greene, we've driven up there for shopping before, it is only a 25 minute drive, and I can't imagine anyone in Liberty and WC, possibly Monroe, will be driving up there once the LTC is done...

Yeah..

But VonMauer is pretty nice. So obviously, if you want that - you're going to have to drive.

Plus EO Burger is awesome. So unless the burger joint (Flipside?) at LTC is phenomenal, we'll still be heading to the Greene occasionally.

But for people who are just looking for a local movie/dinner/browsing experience - LTC will definitely win out over a drive.

I assume traffic will suck, but I also imagined that was why they put in the whole Liberty interchange??

Pretty excited - couldn't imagine they were planning on it opening this year -- but now they've made so much progress so quickly that a 4th qtr seems plausible.

^It will be interesting to see it once it opens up.

I guess before I never realized how many people from West Chester/Mason came up to The Greene... I was always under the impression that Kenwood was the go-to for restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory.

It's not the most scientific way to judge who shops at The Greene, but whenever I'm there waking through the parking lot I notice all the sports stickers on the back of minivans and SUVs. I always see a couple from Northmont Schools (Englewood/Clayton - NW Dayton area), a couple Centerville, a couple Beavercreek, Springboro, etc. and an occasional Tipp City, Oakwood, Huber Heights, Waynesville, Bellbrook, etc. Not once have I seen Lakota or Mason, but I do think I might have seen a Lebanon sticker before.

Some stores track ZIP codes - kinda wishing I could get a hold of some of those numbers now. Surely the 45044 shoppers will be switching to Liberty Town Center - I'm just wondering how big that market was to begin with.

Caught that on the news last night. Loving the multiple possibilities..

as far as using School bumper stickers to track...

isn't that feeding right back into the cliche that eveything in the Cinci metro (and yes, I'm including dayton in that right now) is about what high school you're associated with?

[We have no association with the local schools of any kind, so that makes us untraceable in your unofficial survey....]
